We wanted to share a compelling analysis and appeal from our very good friend Mamou Daffe of Segou, founder of the  Festival Sur le Niger, the Festival Foundation and the Kore Cultural Arts Center and one of the earliest supporters of Segou and Richmond becoming sister cities.
