MALI – Jan. 19, 2015: The Minister of Health, Mr Ousmane Koné, has announced that there are no further cases of Ebola in Mali. Seven were discovered, of whom 5 died and 2 were cured. We CONGRATULATE the Malian health authorities and especially Dr SAMBA SOW, on this triumph of public health management.

LIBERIA – Mar. 4, 2015: Last patient diagnosed with Ebola declared cured, and released. Liberia will have to go 42 with no new cases to be declared Ebola-free.

SIERRA LEONE and GUINEA – Still struggling.
